In general, we keep your personal data in our location in Romania.
It may be necessary for the Carmistin Foundation to transfer your data to other companies within the Carmistin Group or to external service providers in countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) as well as outside the EEA. The transfer outside the EEA may take place if our servers (i.e. the ones on which we store the data) or our suppliers and service providers are based outside the EEA or if you use Carmistin services and products while visiting countries outside the EEA.
If the Carmistin Foundation transfers your personal data to a country outside the EEA, we will ensure that your data is adequately protected.
