Carmistin Foundation and Simtel Team provide green energy to the Happy Dwarfs Association in Prundeni

Carmistin Foundation, together with Simtel Team, a leader in the field of renewable energy, through the Romanian Association for Green Energy and Sustainable Development (AREVDD), announces the realization of a new joint project, with the inauguration of a photovoltaic power plant at the Prundeni headquarters of the Association of Happy Dwarfs, in a partnership initiated in 2021, materialized through the implementation of numerous projects with a total installed capacity of 4.4 MWp, in 13 prosumer locations.

The photovoltaic power plant recently installed in Prundeni has a capacity of approx. 10 kWp, consisting of 22 solar panels covering an area of 43 m². It will produce approx. 11,081 kWh of electricity annually and cover 85% of the energy needs. CO2 emissions will be reduced by more than 5 tons annually. The project aimed to reduce operational costs and promote a clean and healthy environment.

The Happy Dwarfs Association was founded in 2021 to provide a safe space for children and mothers in need. It currently houses children between the ages of 7 and 14.

Our joint project with the Simtel team is part of the series of social responsibility projects that we have been carrying out in recent years through different entities of the Carmistin Group, dedicating resources to social, educational, humanitarian and volunteer support actions, especially among children living in the communities where we operate and beyond.
