Adopt a homeless animal from Happy Shelter!

"Let's help stop animal abandonment and create a better world as seen through the eyes of a loving dog. Our mission is to rescue animals in need of shelter and medical care and find them a permanent home, a family. This is the welcoming message from our colleagues at Happy Shelter Ploiesti." Born out of the local community's need for a place where homeless animals could have a temporary home, Happy Shelter was created out of the kind-hearted teenagers from the Carmistin community who, along with the staff, provide the dogs and cats in the shelter with medical care, food, warmth, a place to play, cleanliness and, most of all, affection.
